| "Faith Church exists to come alongside people, wherever they are on their spiritual journey, and to assist them in becoming passionate followers of Christ." |
AlphaWhat is Alpha?
Alpha is a 12 week practical introduction to the Christian faith. Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith is welcome to attend. People of all ages and at various stages of their spiritual journey have experienced life-change, as their faith has been ignited, deepend or renewed.

At a typical Alpha evening there is a light meal followed by a talk on a subject central to the Christian faith. Then participants break into groups to discuss the talk in an environment where each person is free to ask or express whatever they wish. Leaders are part of each group to help facilitate the discussions. A highlight of the Alpha course is a weekend away, where friendships deepen and where the topic of the Holy Spirit can be covered as a unit.
Ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is regarded as too simple or too hostile.
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for everyone! It particularly caters for:
- People interested in investigating Christianity
- Couples preparing for marriage
- Those who want to brush-up on the basics
What Happens at Alpha?

- Why and how should I read the Bible?
- Why and how should I pray?

- Why and how should I tell others?
