SENIOR PASTOR - rich.kopanke@faithchurch.ca

Proud grandparents of five grandchildren—Faith, Levi, Grace, Hope and Mercy, Rich and his wife Inge have two adult children – Jenn and Jason. Originally hailing from Chicago, Rich has been pastoring in Canada for 36 years with the past 19 years here at Faith.  Rich graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1981. Passionate about helping people understand and respond to the “So what?” practicality of scripture, Rich also teaches occasionally at Emmanuel Bible College in the areas of Preaching and Pastoral Skills. When not visiting folks or preparing sermons Rich and Inge enjoy traveling and camping – their goal is to see all the National Parks in North America. Rich is also an avid cabinet maker and nature photographer.

"This year please pray that God will quicken in our hearts a passionate love for Him and a desire to see our friends and family discover His love for themselves"

Devin Ryckman
ASSOCIATE PASTOR  - devin.ryckman@faithchurch.ca

Devin just recently joined Faith Church serving now as our Associate Pastor. He and his wife Jennifer spent the last few years in Manitoba before moving to Kitchener. Devin’s desire is to help people see Jesus and understand the Gospel. He helps us do that by creating community, as well fostering spiritual maturity among our high school students all the way up to our young families. Devin also works under our Senior Pastor in the areas of pastoral care, preaching and discipleship. If he isn’t doing ministry, you’ll find him spending time with his wife going for day-trips, maybe exploring some walking trails, or playing cards!

“Join us in our prayers, that we can reveal the Greatness and Glory of Jesus for all of the people of Kitchener to see. Pray that we can, with power, lift up the Son of God as the world’s one and only Savior!”

DIRECTOR OF SENIOR CARE - nancy.collins@faithchurch.ca

Mother of three wonderful sons, three amazing daughters-in-law, and five awesome grandsons!  Nancy has a passion for helping with not only every day needs, but ensuring those who are approaching their twilight years, have a firm grasp on their eternity and have joy and passion in their lives.  Nancy’s goal is to help all Seniors support and encourage one another both on their spiritual journey and in every day life.   When Nancy is not planning events of interest monthly for the Seniors, hosting a games day, or even a Senior Ladies Bible Study, she takes time to visit or call Seniors to keep connected and yet will still find time to bake or enjoy some quiet, reading time.   Nancy is also actively involved in the Alpha program.

“This year as you pray for me and for Faith’s ministry to Seniors please pray that God will help me to connect in such a way as to stir up passion and revival despite aging years."

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - anita.heinitz@faithchurch.ca
Having been around Faith for some 25+ years Anita knows practically the entire church family on a first name basis – a definite asset in her role of looking after the office and being the first voice most folks hear when they call the church.  The wife of Harry and mother to three adult children (as well as welcoming a new son-in-law into the family), Anita loves reading, travelling, watching figure skating and baseball (go Jays!), playing strategy type board games, and swimming in their pool over the summer months.
“This year as you pray for the church office please pray for wisdom in dealing with questions and concerns and that those who are new to, or enquiring about, the church would feel welcome and appreciate.”
